Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Go to My Account → My Orders → Cancel / Modify. After dispatch, you can use our returns process.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express takes 2–3 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru for orders placed before 12 PM.

Yes! We currently ship to UAE, UK, USA, and Singapore. International shipping takes 10–15 business days. Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Personalised items and opened consumables are non-returnable unless defective.

Go to My Account → My Orders → select the item → click "Return or Exchange". Choose your reason and preferred resolution. We'll arrange a free doorstep pickup within 24–48 hours.

NIAR credits are issued within 24 hours of pickup. UPI/wallet refunds take 3–5 business days. Card refunds take 5–7 business days.

We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. EMI options are available on orders above ₹3,000.
